Held on Saturday, 21st December 2024, at Stronghold Ballarat, this event will showcase the power and determination of 30 lifters, each putting their strength to the test. The competition kicks off with the first lifts at 11 AM, so come early to catch all the action.

After a full day of intense lifting, we’ll wrap up with presentations to honor our top performers.
