An APA affiliated competition held at JPS Health and Fitness! Our Autumn Liftoff is suited for all levels of lifters, whether it's your first time, you are an intermediate or advanced lifter, everyone is welcome! 

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have two sessions:

Session 1 (9:30 am to 1:40pm)

• Lifting will begin at 9:30am local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 7:30am local time

Session 2 (2pm to 6:20pm)

• Lifting will begin at 2pm local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 12pm local time

Maximum number of entrants: 50
