The TSF 8th Birthday Bash celebrates 8 years of The Strength Fortress. 40 Lifters will take to the platform for new PBs and personal glory! All levels welcome.

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have two sessions:

Session 1 (10am to 1pm)

• Lifting will begin at 10am local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 8am local time

Session 2 (1:30pm to 4pm)

• Lifting will begin at 1:30pm local time
• Weigh-in will begin at 11:30am local time

Maximum number of entrants: 40
