Wanna show off your bench without the pressure of a full three lift comp? Join us for a chill bench-only special event in Western Sydney! Perfect for first-timers wanting to dip their toes in, experienced lifters focusing on their bench, and anyone wanting to qualify for Bench Nationals 
The Real McCloy 2 is a Special Event, where this is a bench only competition.
Competition Details
All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.
Preliminary competition schedule
There will be one session:
- Lifting will begin at 4pm
- Weigh-in will begin at 2pm
