South Coast Championship by Athletic Culture

Prize pool valued at $4,500 —

• 1st place: $1,000 cash money and $250 LSKD prize pack for male & female overall.
• 2nd place: $500 LSKD voucher for male & female overall.
• 3rd place: $250 Elite Supps voucher for male & female overall.
• Culture Awards: Four $100 prizes to individuals who show the best Culture! 

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will be two sessions:

• Session 1 (9:30am to 1:45pm)
  • Lifting will begin at 9:30am
  • Weigh-in will begin at 7:30am
• Session 2 (2:30pm to 6:45pm)
  • Lifting will begin at 2:30pm
  • Weigh-in will begin at 12:30pm
