Competition Details
All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.
Baxter Bench Bash is a Special Event.
- This is a bench only competition.
Preliminary competition schedule
This competition will have three sessions:
- Session 1 (9:30am to 11am)
- Lifting will begin at 9:30am
- Weigh-in will begin at 7:30am
- Session 2 (11:30am to 1pm)
- Lifting will begin at 11:30am
- Weigh-in will begin at 9:30am
- Session 3 (1:30pm to 3pm)
- Lifting will begin at 1:30pm
- Weigh-in will begin at 11:30am
