Get ready for the most exciting powerlifting showdown of the year! Witness the best athletes Victoria has to offer as they battle it out in an exclusive invitational flight, featuring up to 10 elite lifters who have achieved a minimum of 85 IPF GL Points. There will be an additional 10 spots available and open to anyone hungry for glory. With music pumping and energy soaring, this night time competition will come alive as these athletes go beyond their limits under the (literal 👀) spotlight. The top three female and male lifters will walk away with cash prizes (announcement coming soon 😎). This is the ultimate test of strength and determination!

Competition Details

All APA competitions are bound by IPF rules; be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of competition and approved equipment list ahead of competition day.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian/temporary guardian must be present on the day. If not, you will be unable to compete. More information can be found on the APA website.

This competition involves a special event component.

Selection criteria:

• Primary selection: Victorian lifters that have achieved an IPF GL Points score of 85 or above will be invited
• From the 28th of June, registrations will be open to anyone, regardless of their IPF GL Points score.

Preliminary competition schedule

This competition will have one session:

• Lifting will begin at 5pm
• Weigh-in will begin at 3pm
